Terms of Service

The service

LAB90 provides video editing services: you upload footage and a brief; our editors deliver finished video files per your plan or Clip Pack. We do not shoot footage, source talent, license music, or generate synthetic video.

Your content

Your footage is yours. You retain all rights to the material you upload and to the finished clips we deliver. You grant us a limited license to copy, store, and edit your material solely to provide the service. You're responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, including music.

Plans & billing

Monthly plans bill in advance and cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Clip Packs are one-time purchases. Published prices are illustrative until checkout. Turnaround times are targets, not guarantees.

Approval & delivery

Deliveries are released for your review; revisions are included per your plan. Nothing is published by us — posting your clips is up to you.

SMS updates

If you opt in, LAB90 sends transactional text messages about your work orders — request confirmations, proposal and preview notices, and delivery alerts. Message frequency varies with your activity (typically 2–4 messages per work order). Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
