What this program is

LAB90 sends transactional text messages about your video work orders: request confirmations, proposal-ready and preview-ready notices, and delivery alerts. That's it — no marketing, no promotions, nothing you didn't ask for.

How to opt in

You opt in through a web form when you create your LAB90 account (or later in your portal settings) by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS-updates consent box:

The fine print

• Message frequency varies with your activity — typically 2–4 messages per work order.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• Reply HELP to any message for help, or email hello@lab90.com.
• Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll receive one final confirmation message, then nothing further. Opting out doesn't affect your account or email notifications.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your number and opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing — see the privacy policy.
